Billing & Refunds
TonesFly Premium is sold through Apple as an auto-renewable subscription. Apple handles billing, renewal timing, payment methods, and refund requests.
Quick answers
- Cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not retroactively void the current period.
- Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If you were charged unexpectedly, contact Apple first, then email support@tonesfly.com so we can help you investigate.
How cancellations work
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account. If you cancel before renewal, Premium access stays active until the end of the billing period that Apple already charged.
How refunds work
Apple decides whether a purchase qualifies for a refund. TonesFly cannot directly issue App Store refunds because we do not process your payment details or charge your card ourselves.
To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Select the TonesFly subscription or purchase.
- Choose the reason that best matches your situation and submit the request.
When to email TonesFly support
Email support@tonesfly.com if you need help with:
- Restoring Premium after an approved Apple refund or account issue.
- Verifying which Apple ID or account has the active subscription.
- Investigating duplicate access, sync confusion, or entitlement mismatches.
- Documenting app issues that affected your use of the product.
Response standard
We aim to reply to billing and refund-related support email within 24 hours on business days. If Apple approves a refund, Premium access may be removed based on Apple and subscription-provider events.
