- My audio isn't uploading
- Make sure your file is under 50 MB and in a supported format (MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4, MOV, or FLAC). If it still won't upload, restart the app and try again on a stable connection.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to change or cancel TonesFly Premium.
- My progress isn't syncing
- Make sure you're online and signed in with Apple. Then pull down on the main screen to refresh. If sync still looks stuck, email support@tonesfly.com.
